ORACLE TM D W10 NC  is a low viscosity, PA6 injection molding homopolymer,  easy flow and processing friendly.  general purpose

injection molding PA6 exhibiting excellent fluidity for filling thin sections. It possesses the combination of strength, stiffness and toughness properties as well as excellent chemical, thermal and abrasion resistance.Possessing a modified crystalline structure for increased property performance and faster cycles.

Processing Guidelines
Material HandlingMax. Water content: 0.12% Product is supplied in sealed containers and drying prior to molding is not required. If drying becomes necessary, a dehumidifying or desiccant dryer operating at 80 °C (176 °F) is recommended. Drying time is dependent on moisture level, but 4-6 hours is generally sufficient
Typical ProfileMelt Temperature 220-250°C (428-482 °F) Mold Temperature 60-90 °C (158-194 °F) Injection and Packing Pressure 35-125 bar (500-1500 psi)
Fill RateFast fill rates are recommended to ensure uniform melt delivery to the cavity and prevent premature freezing. Surface appearance is directly affected by injection rate
