ORACLE (TM) 5015G  is an impact-modified, 15% glass fiber reinforced injection molding grade PA6 , developed for applications requiring improved toughness in combination with a balance of strength, stiffness, excellent moldability and surface aesthetics.

Processing Guidelines
Material HandlingProduct is supplied in sealed containers and drying prior to molding is not required. If drying becomes necessary, a dehumidifying or desiccant dryer operating at 80 °C (176 °F) is recommended. Drying time is dependent on moisture level, but 2-4 hours is generally sufficient
Typical ProfileMelt Temperature 250-280 °CMold Temperature 60-90 °CInjection and Packing Pressure 35-125 bar (500-1500 psi)
Fill RateFast fill rates are recommended to ensure uniform melt delivery to the cavity and prevent premature freezing. Surface appearance is directly affected by injection rate.
